apparently the username is MICHAEL which i cannot confirm but i went and looked around and found that this guy, during the hawk lake section referred to the 10 letter secrets as the secrets of hawk lake which is the hint for the password and i shoved all the letters together and used the zig zag cipher and found it says both THIS IS A GAME and SIMULATION which probably has something to do with the password part

after completing floor 2 and going to the lobby, look around the place for eyeball drawings, then follow them and jump into the hole in the wall and walk into the white, you will get teleported somewhere else in the hub. it will also give you a badge. after that, go back to floor 1 and there should be an option to teleport to the subplace.
