Don't be judgemental. A lot of people with homes and, washing machines use the laundromat for various reasons. Really just painting another "blacks so dumb narrative" when it's none of your business.
I have a washer & dryer at the house, but regularly go to the laundromat to wash all my clothes at once. Many laundromats also have drop-off services where you drop off your clothes and they wash them for you. I don't understand the phenomenon of people being obsessed with how other people spend their money. This video is giving jealousy and envy. I could see making this video if they spent YOUR money to get the car. If not, let them people live their own lives. Clearly, they were grown enough to get a vehicle so they are grown enough to spend their money how they see fit.
It ain't just black folks, it's the genZ generation. They don't understand how important their credit rating is and how it will follow them through their life.
Well some of us like powerful and nice looking vehicles and life is all about doing what makes you happy so when practicality goes against peace of mind I'ma go with peace of mind cuz life is short and all y'all digital money that y'all have as y'all life savings can all be destroyed in under an hour
When I was growing up, my parents warned me against becoming either "car-poor" or "house-poor." Americans view vehicles as an indication of prosperity. The more expensive your car, the greater your prestige, especially in a day when it's so difficult to finance a house of your own. But it's an illusion of wealth acquired by taking on debt. Living within your means is very important.
Good way to judge someone without knowing. I have two sets of washer/dryer, one at each house. I go to the laundromat regularly to wash my work clothes. I don't want grease and oil in my machine, so I use the laundromat. Also, it's substantially easier and better to wash your blankets and comforters in their XL machines. First to scream "don't judge me", but quick to judge others. Hypocrites.
This is the very reason a lot of people here are miserable af! Stop counting other people’s money! You have no business idea why someone else chose to either make a purchase or not make a purchase. What works for some doesn’t for others. Run your win life and be happy for others that run theirs.
The real problem is why are people concerned about what other people are doing? It's common sense that if you own a $100,000 vehicle you can afford a washer/dryer. How do you know they don't have a washer/dryer that may not be working at the time or maybe they are being used for other laundry and they need to wash more laundry simultaneously? This world would be so much better if people minded their own damn business.

Yep Alabama. I live in south Alabama. I've seen 50 to 75 thousand dollar cars and trucks parked in front of run down wooden houses. I've seen that alot down here. I jus shake my head and keep it moving. @@RomulanWarbirdDecloaking-sd2ir
Maryland, Delaware and Virginia as well
I work all over Atlanta, see it daily, people with new cars and their homes are literally falling apart! Look good on the streets but don’t take her home!😂😂😂
Tesla owner- looking in his ashtray for some more quarters for the dryer…😂🤣🤪💀💀💀💀
😂
The machine could’ve been broken and they were waiting for a tech to come fix it. Still have to wash clothes.
@@kennethgeorge4250 yeah right
Stop
It's very possible. It is always the dryer that breaks without warning.
This could be true. My mother did this before cause our machine broke down
It could be that they’re running a business washing OTHER people’s clothes. 🤷🏿♂️
After graduating college in 2011, I bought a 2006 Honda and all my friends, fellow black people, laughed at me saying I was “going backwards” while they all bought brand new Lincoln’s. Today I’m the only homeowner among all of us and I own 3 homes in different states. Priorities.
Ghetto fabulous!
When my washing machine broke, I went to the laundromat until the new one was delivered. No shame in it. You really don’t know their situation.
Yes. You are so right! Another thing that catches my eye is $60-80K cars parked on the driveway or in the street because the garage is full of junk. Hoarding is a real disease.
Thank you for speaking the truth!
This is sad. Not the Tesla drivers but this young lady who just slanders them from just seeing a car pull up to a laundromat. They could be victims of a fire or flood, have broken machines, be actually working or anything. Sounds like a little jealousy to me.
Could be now. Great point
That's not a great point and she's not jealous. She's taking about people doing dumb sht and you see it all of the time.
Ok. U right. I do c it all da time@@laryanryan9170
Could’ve been other reasons for the Tesla and the laundry. Nonetheless, this woman is always hilarious & entertaining 😂🙌🏽

Worst investment ever in your lifetime is a brand new vehicle
Say it again for the poeple sitting in the auto finance office right now....knowing they're about to sign away their lives for the next 5-7 years 😳😳😳
If you're poor then yea
If u lived in the “land of the scams” long enough you know. It’s called finessin and jugging. These rappers ain’t lying
If they had in your words "so many bags of clothes" could it be they came to the Laundromat to save time in washing that volume of clothes?? Ppl can't wash clothes without someone making a UA-cam video trying to give them a life lesson. Smh..
my exact thoughts.
Facts or maybe they dnt have w/d hook up it could be alot reason
The Cyber Truck has security features. Atlanta is a dangerous place. I totally agree with getting a Cyber Truck for a hostile environment.
Did you ever think to consider that the person driving the cyber truck could possibly own the laundry mat?!
NOT
That wouldn't be just Atlanta, I'm in Harlem, New Youk and I'm pretty sure some do the same thing here. It is most likely in every city. 💯
Sis not just in ATL yet, everywhere in this corporation of the u.s. of a these ninjahs who have been renting rims to go on 30 year old cars, mommas in Gucci while baby's in re-used diapers. Frontin & Stuntin then doubling down on ignorance is how these mofo's roll.
Woooo preach Berry preach. 👏👏👏👏
Jealous pocket watchers imagine struggling with your own finances and being concerned with how the next person spends theirs🤣🤣 that’s what’s wrong with our people now i see things never change 🙄
Amen!!
Got it wrong.
They bought the truck with their laundry business
Don't be judgemental. A lot of people with homes and, washing machines use the laundromat for various reasons.
Really just painting another "blacks so dumb narrative" when it's none of your business.
I'm saying lol just judging folks over anything.
I would rather have $5000 in a zip lock bag, than have a $5000 Gucci bag.
Got a next door neighbor renting out a room to live in and driving a Telsa truck! Stupid people just want to be seen !! 😂😂😂
Priorities not in any order at all
It's not just in Atlanta, it's people with messed up priorities...
This is black folk everywhere....not just Atl.
@@kerronhackshaw3632 i don't give af
Definitely not everywhere, unfortunately mostly in the states where our people are overwhelmingly unemployed, no businesses etc. sad
@@UBeesh10 don't hate cuz u ain't got it, only bird brains get upset about how responsible other people act with their own money grow tf up
When I was growing up, my parents warned me against becoming either "car-poor" or "house-poor." Americans view vehicles as an indication of prosperity. The more expensive your car, the greater your prestige, especially in a day when it's so difficult to finance a house of your own. But it's an illusion of wealth acquired by taking on debt. Living within your means is very important.
It couldn’t be me 💯
@@1Smooth___Operator ME either
🙏THANK YOU. IDK why I had to scroll down this far to get some common sense.
STOP IT, these people priority are screwed up !! You can buy a used washer and dryer for under $500 dollars
@andresmith8693 Maybe they live somewhere without w/d hook up not everywhere have w/d hook up
Well said my brother! Everyone is on a different journey! 🙏🏾
EXACTLY! Their washer or dryer could have broke down that day for all we know.
Speak on that Sis!! Priorities all messed up. I’ll buy a cheaper vehicle and buy a whole damn house instead of driving a $100k vehicle.
That's Krazy 😂😂
The real problem is why are people concerned about what other people are doing? It's common sense that if you own a $100,000 vehicle you can afford a washer/dryer. How do you know they don't have a washer/dryer that may not be working at the time or maybe they are being used for other laundry and they need to wash more laundry simultaneously? This world would be so much better if people minded their own damn business.
I am so glad there are some intelligent and logical thinking people in this forum like you! Totally agree!!
🤦🏾♂️ I was once this way years ago in my teens, & 20s! LOST
We all go through that when we're young but most of us grow out of it. Some don't.
@@laryanryan9170 I’d say majority doesn’t. 🤦🏾♂️ There’s sooo many brotha’s & sista’s in my city driving nice newer vehicles but license plate tabs expired a year ago or they still have a temporary tag from 2022, you also see the repo man rolling around, & these new cars be wrecked for months they starting to rust where the damages are folks don’t be having insurance!
That is not limited to Atlanta, that is what capitalism has done to America. Everyone has been told over and over what they “need” and what to want. It doesn’t stop at cars and trucks, you need these shoes, clothes, food, sunglasses, hair styles, it has gotten so bad that you can’t watch TV for 10 minutes without the drug dealers telling you what drug you should be asking your doctor for! I stopped watching tv many years ago because I don’t let drug dealers in my house.
Laundromats aint bad you wash everything in 1 hour versus washing all day at home I say Laundromat are a go👍🏾👍🏾
@@jmak5552 hell nah
Those machines are very dirty inside and the water is even worse, you may see a clean drum you put the close in but all the other components are really filthy
@@jimrogers1567not true especially for at a nice one. The one I go to even folds my clothes for me. The water in your apartment or 100 year old house pipes is not any better
You’re missing the point.
If you have a washer & dryer at home, you can do a load daily or every other day instead of letting them pile up. I never spend all day on laundry at home. Who wants all those dirty clothes piled up anyway?!
Mind ya damn business. You don't know them people. Cant even wash clothes. Smh 😂
An excellent argument against reparations.
We might get reparations most will buy dumb shit and stimulate the economy, it would not 500.00 k anyway these folks can't qualify for Real property loans anyway...Bullshit stimulus right going to the Islands for vacation barely work WTF
As far as I’m concerned the only black folk that should be asking for reparations are black farmers. The way the USDA treated, cheated and caused them to lose 96% of black farmland is a travesty.
Have you considered trying out for the Olympics with that leap?
🙄
Most people driving expensive vehicles are leasing them. They just want to appear like they're rich when they're actually still living in the ghetto.
She ain't lying at all! I know a lot of MFS with these expensive cars, clothes, jewelry and nowhere to stay. This shit is crazy!
Not people from Atlanta. People that move to Atlanta. Lol😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
For most people nowadays it is about pretending to be rich. For them being poor is a shame. In my eyes the only shame is being dishonest.
I lived in Atl, and these are facts. Get direct deposit paid on Friday Morning, by Sunday mornin they broke. Spent whole check at Lennox and Buckhead restaraunts. Monday morning, brininging Roman noodles to work .
Omg I seen that same exact scenario play out fr it's scary how factual yu bn rite now😂
WSB or Fox5 or some news station in Atlanta needs to hire you to do a weekly segment on living in Atlanta. You tell the truth, but I am also laughing my head off at how you describe it. You're the best, Yoshi!
You should've recorded that. At least took some pics to show the cybertruck parked in front of the laundromat. That's wild.....I bet folks in ATL. actually been putting on like that for years. Not just since the pandemic.
For stay flexing down here. 🤦🏾♂️
That's what happens when people have sugar daddies.
Sleeping on somebody couch, but driving a cyber truck, smh… and by the way, those cyber trucks are ugly. I can’t stand. The looks of those trucks not worth it.
And she ain't lying😂😂😂😂😂
Some people have washers and dryers and still go to the laundromat. I don't understand it but it's true
My mother in law still goes to the Laundromat because her crazy thick comforters are too big for her at home washer and dryer 👀
It's quicker!
Sis, ain’t never lied. That’s a damn shame.
I got my Tesla car at my mama's house in my mama's name. Now I'm trying to get the city to put a charging station in the projects 😂😂😂😂😂😂
The richest people still shop at Walmart. 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 ”They out chea Faking the Funk”
Everybody is going to die. Let people buy what makes them happy so long it's not hurting you. Just live & let live.
Still have to live within there means. They are ppl here in ATL drive a AMG Benz and don't have furniture at their place.
Everybody not homebodies. Living to the fullest means ya gon pop out x10
Yeah, some people are just looking for the car note that they've been hoping for!
You can lease luxury for appearances, but proudly owning financial illiteracy is priceless.
It doesn't make sense to make a 100,000 an don't have a washer or dryer in there home so what
I live in Atlanta too and I see the black people driving Mercedes and Range Rovers all the time with bald as hell tires.
They're doing the same thing in L.A. There's tons of luxury in L.A. and most don't even have a garage to put them in.
Sister, ain’t nobody pay 100K for the truck! They paid just enough to drive it off the lot and been dodging repo ever since.
You have to know what's going on first. It could ne something temporary.
Naw it shouldn't be temporary when you got a 100k truck..... that's insane
I agree. Even if your machines are broke, you should be able to get it fixed or replaced timely enough where you don’t have bags of dirty clothes. Quilts should be dropped off at a dry cleaning service if they’re too large for your condo size machines. No matter what you say, $100k cars shouldn’t be pulling up to the laundromat unless it was not your car.
Washing at a laundry mat is way faster than washing at home, I’m just saying I can knock out my laundry in 2 hours at a laundry mat versus all day at home💯
So you are ok with not knowing who's clothes were in it before yours and what may have lived through that.
Do what I do. Everytime I get a full load. I wash them. I don't let them pile up. Simple
People like that are always being taken to the cleaners by car dealers.
Ok you give some good advice at times but what kinda life you living you seem to always be talking about people from around Atlanta what they doing an how they living I am from Atlanta Question is you
I live in AZ, and i have seen this a lot, too. I personally know people that their car is worth more than their home. You see their house its barely kept up. Reminds me of the fight club quote, " We buy things we don't need with money we don't have to impress people we don't like."
Talk truth!! Sis, that’s why I DONT ENVY or WANT NOBODY THINGS.
Don't forget, no garage!!!
Yep priorities issues. That's what you call Fronting.
It's same in Charlotte and Huston.
It also works in reverse 1/2 million dollar house with IKEA furniture or house half empty with mattress on floor in bedrooms, plastic dressers, and grass not cut.
Same in Memphis, Milwaukee, Baton Rouge rims on a car cost more that your monthly rent.
We should not judge. Their washer could have been broken because I’ve had to use the laundromat when the washer needs repairing. You just never know someone’s situation. Be blessed!
