Nice to see another video. I was talking to a local ATV mechanic and told him of a TGB 425 that I’ve ran out of ideas to find the correct puller. He mentioned that it copies a Suzuki engine. The reason to pull the flywheel is because of rust. I can’t pull the recoil and the starter just makes noise from not being able to turn. I did pull the crankcase side off to expose the flywheel and seen the rust.
Hey man i need your help ,i am doing a swap and i am an inexpert ,i am using the engine from a 750 2015 king quad but it seems to be reverse the rotation in the transmission bars ,i was needing to go clockwise if i am looking from the front but this engine is counter clockwise ,do i have a way to make it run the other direction
I have a 2016 king quad 750 and going down a really steep hill in 4 wheel drive low range it seems to pop out of gear for a instant. Do you have any idea what could be going on? Thanks
Hey, wondering if you could help me. I have the Suzuki 2016 750 king quad. I took off the side plate that holds the stator and some washers fell out. Just trying to figure where they go. The parts picture really doesn't help. If you could help me, it would be much appreciated!
Hey. I just asked a similar shim question before reading this. Did you find out where the shims went as I suspect I’ve managed to lock up my starter gears? Cheers.
Thanks for the info. Quick question please: King Quad 700. I’ve just replaced my stator, put back together and the starter motor seems locked. Starter works fine on the bench! I suspect I’ve put shims back in wrong and locked up either the torque limiter or the idler gear. Engine starts fine on pull start. Does this sound plausible before I pull the casing back off? Thanks in advance.

A reassembly video would be appreciated. Your videos are very informative.
