The early decision advantage is often far overstated. ED applicants self-selectively are better fits for the school. The higher admission rates aren't necessarily due to easier standards of admission to reach.
lol whatever he says is so obvious, "just take hardest courses and score well in SAT"
The resume link
he talks about is amazing!!!!!
do you think doing the alumni interview would give me a better chance to get in instead of doing the interview on campus with admissions?
My family is not in the financial situation for me to apply ED, but WashU is definitely my number one choice. Is there anything I can do to compensate for the disadvantages of applying RD?
Demonstrate interest and write articulately. Good luck!

i really like the WASHU and it's definitely one of my top choices... however, If I applied to washu early decision i'm gonna have to apply to all of my top choices schools early decision which might be a little hard considering the fact that the ACT tests and SAT subjects will be cancelled for june… so I might take them in October or November... so is it really bad to apply regular decision or will the colleges understand that most standardized tests is cancelled...
does any one have any advice??
i'm an international student from Egypt in my junior year and i'm planning to take a gap year but I intend to apply to my top choices in my senior year
you only ED to one school

Stats?
Filthy Kenny 9 APs, college Calc, Honors classes, 3.78 unweighted, 4.2 weighted, BUT 29 ACT which is low for a school like this. Research, real job at a pizza place😂, all state athletics, piano, NHS, and that’s about it. Other stuff too but I can’t list everything. If you’re a junior or something I can try to talk to u more or something.
@@lucdanic5355 dude that’s crazy, I’m also on the lower end for stats. I really hope I can get in, anyways congrats! You deserve it!
