Hey :) I have 5 orbs, and I put all the additional stats into AP. Your issue might have different roots, from having no consumables to your class not having multiple frontal guards, or just forgetting to assign orbs to the correct aura (I've done this a couple of times myself xD). Also remember that AP from crystals is mostly useless, and I'm stacking HP, so a 500, or even 1000 HP hit looks different on 7k and for example 4k health :) For crystals you can even use the cheaper hooms and other simpler versions, the hp helps a lot in boss rush

May I know your aura stats? I saw your bamboo cal7 and seem minions doesn’t deal damage to you as I facing.

Do elixirs matter? I thought your addons/buffs won't count throws the bosses
It doesnt debuff the boss itself, but any buffs for yourselves do count, like crit damage/back attack etc.
