Assalaam u alaikum Dr. Saab. I really didn't knew anything about parenting. Have two boys aged 11 and 7, I could only say it Almighty's grace that as of now they are very good and polite kids they even share their daily stuff be it friends, strangers, school or anything. But as my elder one is going towards puberty, I stay scared of myself as I'm little strict. Could you please share some suggestions for parents like us, how to handle this transition, before we commit some regrettable talk or scolding them?

I am a big fan of you sir and I am the mother who imposed a military rule at home for my kids.
It disturbed me alot when I shout on kids or scold them..
But I am raising them as a single mother as my husband lives in abroad and I have to fulfil his responsibilities too.. I bcome a patient of depression just to maintain decipline at my home.. masha Allah they are genius 2 boys are genius and one who is 9 year is memorising Holy Quran.. how can I overcome the loss which is passed as you described I had to work on it in their early age.. my younger daughter is only 1.5 year and a bit naughty as she started walking ... but sometime the society issues alarms me that may be my kids are afraid of me they will not share their problems with me
... please help me out

Very good advices for parenting Sir..bt sometimes we can't answer there questions or you can say we don't want too like my 8yrs old daughter ask me, mom how can parents knw tht they hav a boy or a girl child,,whn the baby is born cz in the initial age all kids looks the same nd they even hav same kind of hairs,,so how can they identify tht their child is a boy or girl???

When my son asked this question I said to him that u were woth krishna ji when u were unborn....he was taking care of urs in heaven....2nd question.....I said to him directly that doctors team already knew with a device that whether a baby boy or girl is born...if they will ask about that device u must say ultrasound machine...when she will ask whats that...u must say I will show u when vl visit doctor next time for sure..
