I just copied it off google but they could’ve told you that had they actually drafted up a contract with a proper proposal and explanation and instructions for how they wanted things to go again they contacted you first not the other way around 😂 and they got false advertisement like bffr

I'm so proud of you for doing this video and speaking out on it and exposing them. The truth is, they exploit influencers all the time. They try to get over on small influencers too. I have a smaller channel and hair companies stay contacting me to do videos in exchange for just the hair.I say no! Knowing good and well like you said, they're gonna try to use your video on Tiktok etc. Always get a contract and feel free to negotiate terms in the contract. You can also have your own contract for Sponsorships. Now, as for the unlisted link, when I do paid Sponsorships (fashion)sometimes there is a clause where they want to see the video before you publish. In that case, I do that, but in the video I put huge caption on the screen that says Draft video and my name, so they can't use it. Once they approve it or give corrections, I charge for any major corrections that weren't originally agreed upon. That should be in your original contract. Also, you need to charge for licensing rights. If your original contract is for YOU to post on UA-cam, they don't have rights to use your video on their platforms unless you're giving them that right in the contract. You have to charge extra for usage rights and be very specific on the usage they can have, as well as the duration of the usage of your content. There are other rights too that you need to learn about that you charge them for. Basically, there is a negotiation that takes place before you make the contract final to protect your intellectual property and your payment and any future money. I can do a video on it, but it's a lot. Hope I was able to help. Feel free to reach out if you need help.

They probably sensed that you didn't know much about how it works, but you have a lot of followers and engagement, so they tried to get over. In all honesty, based on your audience and engagement, you can charge much more. Always start off higher than what you charge knowing they're going to try to negotiate lower. Use your analytics to justify your prices and this should be in your media kit. Research to learn more. Alright girl, gnite. 💕

They might try to hit back and say that she breached the contract and defamed them with this video as their defense, but her defense against that claim is all of her emails and the evidence of them altering emails. Yet they wanted to push it back due to not allocating 2k aside. That is bad business practices. You never send out a agreement, rush a person to do it, and not have the money set aside.
