Along with Victor Garber Jayne Eastwood, Dave Thomas, Derek McGrath, and musical director Paul Shaffer..and Nancy Dolman who was Gilda Radner's understudy, became Martin Short's wife. But that was after Short dated Gilda. So glad I got a chance to see that show.
It's amazing how connected some celebrities can be. I'm always surprised when a famous artist casually mentions they were roommates with another celebrity back when they couldn't afford heat, or they were waiters in the same restaurant while going on auditions.

Saw Godspell 12 times at Wilber Theatre in Boston and Mr Leve was part of cast while I was stationed in Navy @ 1972.
I would love to see the exact same interview with Martin in Jiminy Glick character
can't believe him, gilda radner, and eugene levy were all in the original toronto cast. true lightning in a bottle moment.

Forgot Andrea Martin, who did not get after initial audition, BUT Eugene Levy called her - when the Girl that won the Role, Quit - so she got it !!
