Wow Luisa, this was such an interesting interview. Toni has such a lovely energy, and is so knowledgeable. It is interesting that she said that a past life regression is like clairsentience. I had a past life regression once, and saw several past lives. At least I think so. I wasn't sure that I had been regressed. The chap who did it was only a beginner and I don't think he actually hypnotised me. He kept wanting me to go deeper, but I was more comfortable with my usual meditative level. For me the experience was just like seeing things when sitting in circle. It wasn't very vivid. The things I see clairvoyantly rarely are. It was like a guided meditation where he helped to connect me to past lives and then images came. They did seem to fit with certain chronic health issues I have though. One was a battle field scene, of which I had had brief images come to me before. I think I know how that went, because of these previous images, but I didn't see the death scene, and nothing was resolved. I wonder if a proper regression would resolve my health issues, but I also wonder if I can be hypnotised.
Your experience sounds very much like past life recall. We do not need to be in a deep state to access those memories. The relevance to your situation is affirmation that your soul presented you with those particular snippets from your previous incarnations. Trust. 🧡
