Great question! For this workout, I recommend repeating the sets 3 times for maximum effectiveness. But feel free to adjust based on your fitness level and how your body feels during the session!

Having said that some folks believe low fat cottage cheese, egg whites and low fat yogurt are best ways to cut fat temporarily while eating high protein for muscle protection. On the other hand some people say high fat!
Hi - how do you do the lower body move while you’re doing your arms? It looks significant to what you’re doing so I’m just wondering how to do it. My arms are quite floppy unfortunately in the bingo wing department despite working out so any help I can get would be welcomed 😘 xxx
@@rosiew8-fenn lower body is also everyday! I mix it up doing 1-2 days/week of heavy lower body weights with my secret weapon, Tracy Anderson mat workout. As for the bat wings skin can come back to the muscle a bit I think with the twisting motion! Worth giving it a try - this is why I don’t lift heavy on my arms bc as we age and lose muscle mass we are left with the skin issue.
