Drink alot of water, keep your head out of the hot sun, protect your skin from the sun, don't run around too much during the day and bring chapstick for your lips. Remember the more you keep your head out of the sun and the more water you drink, the better you will feel at night when the real party starts. Having a horrible headache at a cool event like this is the worst. I have not been to burning man yet but I have lived in southern nevada my whole life. I think the key to feeling great all night is simply keeping your head out of the hot sun and drinking water all day.
