You and your channel inspired me in my 40s to buy a Logitech momo steering wheel. I have loved rallying all my life. This is the only sport and computer game that fascinates me. This is already the second day that I have mastered my steering wheel. It is many times more difficult than playing simply using the keyboard, but it is just as enjoyable. After just a few races, I get really tired, as if after hard work (if someone had told me earlier that playing with the steering wheel is so tiring, I simply wouldn't have believed it). But this is the best gift I gave myself in my life.

Must be a real joy 👍 Think its time to upgrade the G27 😅 Also i have a suggestion, i really like testing all my cars on the "Bassacutena" stage in Rally Italy Sardegna. It has a good mix of speed, corners, bumps, jumps, tarmac, gravel, dirty hairpins , you name it. The first few sections are really flowy and lead into a long tarmac stretch and its super fun. We gotta see you rip that stage!

They're available exclusively through their website: www.fanatec.com/?FAP+Banner&General+Links&a_aid=642e93a817bf2. My suggestion? Dive into videos from trusted sources like Will from @boostedmedia or @karlgosib. They offer great insights into different brands. Most well-known direct drive wheels are solid choices. Moza might be a bit more affordable and possibly available in some stores for testing. Fanatec offers a wide range of bases, wheels, and accessories, and they're competitively priced. Simucube is another option, though it comes with a higher price tag. Think of it this way: these wheels aim to make sim driving as realistic as possible. Watch a few reviews, and you'll get a good feel for what suits you best🙂

The challenge recording in-game replays, with Nvidia Surround on my triple 55-inch screens, is that the aspect ratio becomes quite awkward for UA-cam videos. That's one of the limitations when recording with triple screens. I'll keep looking for ways to showcase those awesome moments🙂 And thank you for the suggestion 👍🙂

Dive into videos from trusted sources like Will from @boostedmedia or @karlgosib. They offer great insights into different brands. Most well-known direct drive wheels are solid choices. Moza might be a bit more affordable and possibly available in some stores for testing. Fanatec offers a wide range of bases, wheels, and accessories, and they're competitively priced. Simucube is another option, though it comes with a higher price tag. Think of it this way: these wheels aim to make sim driving as realistic as possible. Watch a few reviews, and you'll get a good feel for what suits you best🙂

I actually use Fanalabs recommended settings for DiRT Rally 2.0 and default in-game settings with soft-lock on 😊 Happy New Year! 🎉

If you have the 8NM CSL DD, then lower the ffb to about 60 to 80%. That's where I usually land on🙂
@@ProjectSimRacing Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately my wheelbase broke down today. It just disconnected itself and there was a smell of something burning. This sucks because I've only had it for 2 weeks and today was my first proper day of learning to drive with manual gear. I'm so sad damn it :/

The challenge recording in-game replays, with Nvidia Surround on my triple 55-inch screens, is that the aspect ratio becomes quite awkward for UA-cam videos. That's one of the limitations when recording with triple screens. I'll keep looking for ways to showcase those awesome moments🙂 And thank you for the suggestion 👍🙂
