That’s a very respectable thing to do definitively, but I don’t think that was what he meant, he was actually saying if you’re going out when returning you have to to do so before it is too late. You shouldn’t be coming in at late hours, he doesn’t like that. Jamaicans don’t like when they are gone to bed that anyone is coming in late hours (thinking that you can let in gunmen, theives, evil spirits etc)

Yea guys , how y’all doing ? hope all is well ! People don’t buy in those gated communities because they love those match box houses , they buying into it because of security reasons! Asked your grandfather to go to the land title office , they will check the title record , to see who owns it and then you can reach out to the person and find out if they want to sell it ! You can also talk to a reputable, realtor are even pay a real estate attorney a couple dollars to find out who owns it ! You probably can asked , one of those other home owners in the community , they might know who owns it ! Good luck 👍🏿

I don’t want to be a Debbie downer, but I forecast a problem on the horizon. Kemar has his love for his homeland that I truly understand. He, unlike me will never retire and settle down in America. He has a large, beautiful group of loving family members and friends still on the Island. His heart is in Jamaica and his wife will have to one day face the awful truth that Kemar will one day want to go back permanently to Jamaica. Will she want to go? You truly have to be Jamaican to give up America. When problems arise in America, you can move from state to another. When problem arise in Jamaica, well, you are at God’s mercy. You both need to have long, loving conversations about your goals in life, making sure you are on the same page at all times. Good luck, you are a wonderful couple.

Jamaica is devided into 14 soon 15 Parishes. Yes to persons that live in the state or a continent , our little Jamaica seems tiny but to us it's Big ! We can move from parish to parish like you can move from State to State . Each one is different. I love that he loves his Island home . She knows she's Married to a guy from a paradise Island and it's up to them where they choose to retire to later in life.

And you'll be able to build to YOUR comfort while steering away from the "box shape" and "cookie cutter" homes being erected in developments in JAmaica these days. The organic life is also so beautiful and rewarding. Good luck to you both with whatever you decide. You truly deserve happiness and all the great things life has to offer❤️✊🏾

Your husband won’t be content in America. He is obviously pining to get back to Jamaica. I fear once you two acquire property in Jamaica you will live there more than in America. But, what about your family, your friends and relatives, your career? Kemal was able to get work with your help starting the business. What will you be able to do in Jamaica that leaves you feeling like a productive member of society? I agree with the other subscriber. A serious conversation is due. Be true to yourself. Discuss the amount of time you’ll spend where. And if a permanent move on either part is not an option, it needs to be out there.
