I own a 2022 Gold Star 650 Legacy Edition, the first mod I made to it was to change the stock shocks for a pair of genuine Girling fully shrouded shocks which are intended for BSA's A10 Super Rocket from the 1950's, I think they match the front shrouded front forks very well. Other mods I've done are replacing the horn with a more period Lucas replica unit, installing a TEC tail tidy and installing a Moore Speed Parts instrument rising kit. I am very happy with my BSA, the engine is responsive, the handling is sharp, fuel economy is good at 72 mpg and I get lots of admiring looks and comments when I'm riding my Gold Star 650.
Excellent and detailed review content. The content is well organized, videos are really good. The mic could have been a little better. Do you have a review on the Guerilla 450?
:) Thank you ! The QC I think is good because it went on sale first in UK and I hope they wont cut down on it when they differentiate the product line for India...as of now its at a very good level .. initially !
I feel, out of the box, many things individually are definitely better on this, and of course as a package , its an entirely different proposition. More on that coming soon with our Tech Guru ;)
great review. planning on getting one! how is it in blr city traffic interms of tractibility, weight and clutch. can we live with this in blr traffic ?
@@imkrrishnayak it's one of the lightest steering and handling bikes across categories. They have done a great job in this regard. Clutch is light and it's very driveable at low speeds due to the high torque.
Why is speedo meter working in between and in between not ? was this drive filimed on 2 motor bikes ? or did you connect a disconnected meter in between ?
Its the same bike - the meter was disconnected by the showroom. I requested them to reconnect it. Hence in some parts of the clip you see the difference.
Didn't have a heavy pillion - only the showroom person sat for a short while and it handled normal speed breakers OK. Would be wise to bear that in mind. Its not as bad as the JAWA's though , and the suspension is quite firm.
It's a BSA in name only, underneath the glitz it's still a bucket of cachu, a poor replica of something that never was. If a BSA badge was pinned to a donkey's backside it would still be a donkey. In the UK secondhand values are plumeting like a lead balloon and a litany of failings reported elsewhere..........

The best bike i have seen my life
Nicely done review, good quality content.please get a good microphone next time...
Nicely done! I guess I'll have to wait a bit longer for the new Gold Star 650 to get to Kentucky USA! 🙁
@@petehealy9819 Thank you ! I am keen to hear the stateside reviews too...not sure how long the wait will be :/
Your riding is good. Ur speed variation is good. The bike responds well.
thank you :)

Ah😊 Ah😊 By far the most Comprehensive , informative review I have come across. Kudos to you.. more power to you . God Bless
Thank you! 😃
Very nice review of the BSA! Looks promising and looks like in the last two years, the quality issues are all well sorted
Thank you - they are moving in the right direction for sure !
get this, it matches your riding style, hopefully M&M has put good quality control at the factory level itself....
:) Thank you !

Background music is unnecessary and very load
Very fine video, a nice machine to replace your L535 😅
Great job 👏
Thank you 👍😁
nice background music matching the pace/context of the video.... filter out background noises.....& you are a influencer.....
Surely will do - thank you :)
One puncher can distroy all fun 😅
Will the engine be reliable in the long run over the years?
I would expect it to be bullet proof. The engineering firm behind this is ROTAX who has a long history of brilliance.

What about ground clearance especially over our unscientific speedbreakers?
Especially when there is a pillion?

@@bikertalkiesKA05 Ok. On paper the GC is 150mm which seems very less especially when the suspension is loaded with 2 riders.
Thank you for the reply.
Where is the showroom in blr brother
There are quite a few in South Bengaluru - Synergy Jawa Yezdi BSA is at Basavanagudi , Banashankari and Kanakapura Rd.
No locks or screws for oil sump cover / utility cover panel, Anybody can steal those easily as it comes to hands with little easy pull 🙄
True - it can be a concern.
