To respond to your question, I think that's him speaking to himself because, in the 2.7 version special program, his title before all the stuff went down was the "Bronze Melodia", the one in charge, under the Harmony, to hear out the people and make sure they are living and acting within the standards of the Path of Harmony and try to redirect those who are straying.
Ironically, given the events of the story, he strayed the farthest, so him acting as the Confessioner for himself to judge himself and correct himself onto the path of Harmony again is such a good and powerful narrative direction, especially since redemption for him may be the only way for him to not lose himself and those he holds dear (i.e. Robin)
But, again, wonderful reaction and I'm sending over all the lucky vibes I can to you to pull him and his LC!
hilariously i realized he was talking to himself once i watched the JP version... but yeah. 😭 i rly like they went this route for his myriad, it's very fitting!! especially because of his abilities to make sure no one lies.

Sunday reminds me of Kevin from Honkai impact and that makes me love the video even more
Kevin was willing to sacrifice 90% of humanity for the remaining 10% to survive and rebuild civilization. And Sunday is willing to build a utopia but went about it in the wrong direction
Two characters willing to do whatever it takes to create a peaceful path but using unethical measures to make that happen. Well except Kevin is ded and no redemption arc rip Kevin 😭
I'm happy he's getting a redemption but im also happy he's learning the way he went about what he did to create paradise was way too flawed and restricted basiclly make everyone be a caged up bird like in his flash back but in a sweet dream. Plus bro almost revived Ena (the Order) to usurp the Harmony (Xipe) that would have caused so many problems but overall I agree he put so much on his shoulders that he was too narrow minded despite being a visionary to see what he was doing was wrong HOWEVER what he wants is not a bad thing.
The old saying goes "The road to hell is paved with good intentions" Sunday is legit a good person who just was walking with his eyes closed until he learned he has to wake up and open them.
yesss! i think it's good for his character development that he'll come to understand why his methods were flawed, even if his heart was in a good place. hopefully we get to see him learn these lessons in the upcoming patch!! super excited to see this bird learn how to fly 🥺🥺🥺
