Not necessarily. Launch control is probably easier on the engine then revving it up in the high rpms. Kawasaki did build in restrictions on how often you can use launch control as well as a cooldown period when the engine gets hot.
That’s traction control cutting the power of the bike. I usually ride with it on all the way up on the street because it allows me to give the bike full throttle without going over backwards lol. Also it’s just safer. I turn it off when racing or going on highway. If you look at the dash you will see the light pop on and off.
The weight of the bike doesn’t affect your back. The riding position of a bike is what puts stress on your back. A sports motorcycle is more aggressive and thus puts more strain on your back. A motorcycle made for cruising is more upright and relaxed, so less strain on your back.
You would want to turn it off as it cuts power. It could potentially be useful for helping with wheelies, but it probably does more harm than good in a race.
Been following your channel. Got my first bike a a month ago after buying a ZX6R when I was 18 and having it sell it. I ride a cruiser now. I live right off Woodward in Bloomfield. Maybe I’ll see you down this year?
Trust me, don’t start on a 600. Most companies sell 600s as a track bike, like a baby 1000. Most 600s you’ll find are more powerful than a 750. My suggestion is to start on a 250, 450, 500, or a 750. Stay away from 600, 800, and 1000+ until you’re more comfortable with riding. Not trying to be a know-it-all; just don’t want to find out that you didn’t like the 600, the hard way.
@@xcali No problem big man! I actually just found out how fast 600s are the other day. There’s a reason Yamaha doesn’t want to sell a street legal R6 anymore 😅
3:42 that launch control sound😍
Yessir it’s fun doing that and much better then bouncing off the actual limiter
@@JaYSTaYLee Hey when you use the luanch control does it over heat when you use is much like reving it always?

@@JaYSTaYLee that shit sound sexy!!! I almost busted a nut!! Listening to it!!! 😂
bro i got a question it would be real helpful if you could answer it is it really painful on ur back when driving heavy bikes or not

@@JaYSTaYLee thnx for the reply appreciate the help. luv ur content btw.
No problem. Welcome.
Dude while racing a extended h2 or a normal one. What ktrc should you put it to

@@JaYSTaYLee thx
No problem.
Is that the carnival?
You could call it that. No rides though.
Just realized the video this comment was under. This was the Dream Cruise in Detroit. They may have had food vendors but it was not a carnival.
One day I'm going to buy my h2. One day.
Best of luck bro 🍀
i really wish i could hear this bike irl

Nice bro that’s what up. Yes I should be there this year. I’ll probably ride the BMW this time around.
good stuff man, hopefully when im of age i can get a 250cc or a 600cc
Thanks man and yea either one is a good bike to start on.
I would recommend a 650cc then after a year or two a 600 or 1000

How much did you pay for this beast
I have a video on my channel that covers this if you are interested, but 18k.
@@JaYSTaYLee oh my, that’s a lot of bucks
Pretty cheap for the H2 actually.
@@JaYSTaYLee well yeah for you for me that’s a lot
Oh I’m not disagreeing that’s a lot for a toy for sure
Was that Flako with you?
Yea that was him on the cruiser.
Why are u guys always riding with ur headlights on?
Well they are always on unless you mean high beams and that is just to be seen better.
@@JaYSTaYLee yea guess I mean the high beams, because of the blue icon that’s lit. Thx!
Which year h2 u have brother?
2016
Never knew bikes have launch control until I seen one of your other videos. Is it all bikes or no?
A lot of newer bikes are coming with it standard now.
