He added genuine class to Star Wars and i honestly don’t think it would have been the success it was without him. I knew who he was and what an incredible actor he was because i grew up watching his movies on TV and being eight years old when it came out i was looking forward to seeing him in it

That's not quite how it happened. It was a favour to George cos they couldn't afford to pay him. He didn't believe the picture would even definitely be released. I do love watching how half truths become facts on the internet's spread of plebonic opinions.
