Hashtags help, consistency and facebook ads as well. They do cost money but it’s a business expense that you can write off. Make sure the ad is geared towards awareness so people can get to know your brand!

Yes, I have my own vendor who does them for me. I found them by googling "custom polymailers" honestly. Make sure to look on more than just the first page of google search results.
