Yep. Food intake is the most important factor. Jay Cutler, when asked what he eats daily, said; ‘ steak, chicken, spinach, yams, brown rice…..and 5 pounds of fish.’ Indeed. Train like a warrior, rest and fuel up. No where near that at age 64, but moving in the right direction. Will never approach this, but EATTTTT👍👍👍👍👍All the best to everyone. Enjoy the process.
