excuse the odd framerate i was like oeoeugh when i recorded this also it's a game. well, as much of a game as Scale of the Universe 2 is. I'll release it sometime soonish
The citadel is probably much higher; as in the first parts of half-life 2, you can't even see the top of the citadel at all as it goes above the clouds some dude apparently measured the citadel and it's around 27,580 feet or somewhere around 2,000 feet under mt. Everest's height--so the burj khalifa would probably look miniature compared to the citadel. another thing is that--when you look through the small windows of the citadel while you're in the pod ride, and you see the city below, you can't even see any details from any buildings but the lights down in the city are visible only, which also kind of shows you how tall this thing is.
also known as: xontometer wectometer here the big ones: ronnameter (xennameter) quettameter (wekameter) MORE ORDERS venectometer (61 planck lengths) vendekameter
@@likefrim ooh I hadn't heard about that. After doing a bit of reading, apparently what they calculated was a 99% probability of it being at least 7 trillion, with no upper bound. They used some kind of statistical analysis of different models.
Some stuff to note: The sizes of subatomic particles (aside from composite particles) are very uncertain and are usually considered to be point like A "hypergiant" isnt always as large as shown here, whats shown in this video is a red hypergiant Usually sizes of black holes with the mass of an object are called "[insert object name]'s swarzchild radius, the * is usually for a type of black hole
the particle size & hypergiant things are addressed in descriptions that appear when you click on objects. As for the black hole thing I just thought it'd be neat to call them after their respective objects with an asterisk
also yeah you should add a LOT more objects before you release this. theres a lot of universal size comparisons on youtube as of this date, so maybe pick one that has a suitable amount of objects for you to work with (maybe like 100-ish)
Hello, just a curios question. I am from sweden and I couldn’t help but realise that Sweden was one of the (few) countries you had in the video. Is there a reason for this, or did you just took sweden at random? 2:16
The Eiffel Zettatower is basically the original height of the Eiffel Tower multiplied by 1 sextillion (10^21), hence the prefix "zetta". This new length is around 34.4 million light years long from its base to its top.

What about the date?
别担心,我还在等,不是我
I've always waited for an updated version of Scale of the Universe!! Thank you so much I'm so excited for this to get finished!
Gotta make a review when this gets released
Its massive but you know what else is massive?
1:03 3:08 very relaxing😌
such peak stuffies fr, love the spacey vibes >v
holy shit, this is actually peak. i love this kind of stuff
I like it! Im assuming the smaller Earth* and You* are the size of the blackhole made with the mass from those respective objects?
Yeah!
@ awesome!
You two deserve like :)

glad you didn't forget about NameExoworlds. You used the actual name of an exoplanet. Fascinating, Lily!
Proper exoplanet names like Saffar are severely underrated in my opinion
@oberorka and so are Janssen, Brahe, Amateru, Ahra, Arkas, Belisama, Teberda, Göktürk, Spe, Arion, Harriot, Taphao Thong, Surt, Tryzub, Samh, Majriti, Taphao Kaew, Awohali, Enaiposha, Cuancoa, Draugr, Poltergeist, Phobetor, Ditsö, Dimidium, Asye, Kua'Kua, Pollera, Tylos, Magor, Tadmor and much much more
I especially love the art.
Hello Jupiter Stupider
Would you like to take part in my MAP
@EggheadStanley1982Not really. Too many characters to draw.
this is epic, my dad may like it (he works at nasa)
1:15 plank leginths?
Nothing here is as massive as the low taper fade meme.
What if the plank length got a low taper fade?
HAHAHA DUDE THIS SIMULATION KICKS ASS IT MAKES ME WANNA MERGE WITHOUT LOOKING
i wasn't knowing how universe was white after one second of the big bang
You forgot the real smallest thing.......
it's my minecraft skill
Most underwhelming joke I've ever seen not even trying to be mean
@Exaspatial I got no jokes left sorry :(
No, planck length is the smallest
no the x on the mobile ads is the smallest
@@GoldenyII no the smallest thing is the distance a snail travels in a planck time
I have a request to add the death star and a neutron
amazing!
ah yes, the scale of the universe reference
Show me the link to the game

And 10-³⁰m quectometer(qm)*
I should probably add those yeah

@@circle277 kinda annoying that names of these prefixes not just from greek numbers and sometimes are formed differently
Actually well done animation
Holy sh!t this is so amazing
where do you get that 10^50 number for the size of the entire universe? I thought that was unknowable.
An estimate by Alan Guth. The actual size is unknowable, but I like this figure. The full game will go into a bit more detail about this
Scientists did calculate it at 7 trillion light years…
He knows 😎

Very good video 👍

what is the largest living thing?
Most likely that group of trees in some random rainforest that are somehow the same organism (I forgot the name but yeah)

kind of just at random lol. I might add more countries and/or areas like Europe later
You forgot to make phoneix A look bigger than the Milky Way and you forgot to add TON 618 and make look 2 times size as Milky Way
You mean it's parent galaxy?
It is basically impossible for a black hole to gather that much mass. You liar.
@@bndje1 what did you actually mean by Phoenix A being bigger than Milky Way
Idk why but this seems like this was made in 2019 for some reason
