In May of 2022, my best friend and I visited La Bufadora in Ensenada Mexico during our 3-day Carnival Radiance cruise. We purchased the excursion from Las Dunas Tours. The tour was $25 per person. Also included in this video is a quick stroll through the Black Market (Mercado Negro) which is located right off the boardwalk (Malecon). My wife and I booked a tour with las dunas yesterday. They were great and very friendly. Be careful of the flea market near la bufadora. The vendors are very (I can’t stress this enough) VERY pushy. It’s pretty uncomfortable walking through there.

Hani that guy is full of crap. The security guards always make up their own rules so that you can pay them.I live in Baja and I know them very well, they all make their own rules in parking (charging) in free parking spots and such. You did the right thing, walk away.

@@TheBeachLife I was on the Radiance last week and I was filming outside the actual port, of the ship and the seals. I also filmed the area inside the security gate. No one came up to me and said STOP. He is in a private market give me a break. lol Glad you enjoyed the visit.

@@Tipytoe09- I have been there 6 times (next week will be 7) and have filmed and taken pictures all over the Malecon. Not once have I been approached by security. Heck, I didn't even know they have security. lol

My husband and I are going on a 4 day Carnival Radiance here for July. So we can get the tour ticket on-site when we get to the port there through Las Dunas?

Do you think it is cheaper to book with other excursion companies outside of Carnival? You mentioned you used Las Dunas Tours. How do you book with them? I just tried searching for them and I couldn't find anything. Thank you for all your work. Your videos are amazing.

Thank you for the kind words! It is a lot cheaper to book outside of Carnival for excursions. You just have to be aware that Carnival will not wait for you if for some reason your excursion is delayed and you are late coming back to the ship. With that said, I did use Las Dunas Tours in this case because they were able to accommodate the time I wanted. There is another company very commonly used by many in the cruise community called Ensenada Excursions. On this particular tour, I think we were there for a couple of hours. I wish it was at least an hour longer, but it was ok.
