Really the only time you can actually land the 'shoulder check' is after say, a Perfect Medium Flash Knuckle. Thats pretty much it. And most Lukes prefer to try for the Perfect Light Flash Knuckle, or a drive rush extension.
I don’t get it. As a Ken player, Dragonlash (of any variety) simply does NOT combo unless the dragon lash is a Punish Counter. So why did it combo for Uriel at like 1:18:45 ??? Like literally the numbers don’t lie. Dragonlash (on-hit) gives 2 or 3 frames of advantage (L giving 2 and M and H giving 3 frames, specifically)giving the opponent enough time to simply block right after. Then at 1:26:44 his Quick Run overhead combo’d into crouching light jab????????? Hello? It wasn’t a counter hit or anything
