- Guys I have seriously been wanting to film one of these videos where you come self care shopping with me for SO long. Now that I am moving into my new apartment for my final year of college, I thought that this would be the perfect time (since this apartment has literally nothing). So, in today's video I take you all along with me for a HUGE target run where I get a bunch of essentials and also try out new self-care products I've been eyeing.
p.s plz lmk if you have any other recs!! Since I now live 10min from target I can guarantee you all I will be going there MUCH more this semester.

for wiping off makeup, try reusable clothes!! they are so soft and you can put them in the wash and use them over and over again instead of buying the basic cloth pads

i just noticed that you came home with target plastic bags but then put the stuff in a reusable bag? I think itd be a good idea to keep some of your reusable bags in your car so you don't forget to use them!
I unfortunately only had the one reusable bag with me, so i used that for the makeup and i had to use plastic bags for the rest of the items. I’ll make sure to keep more with me for the future though, thanks for the good idea!

i love the love beauty and plant shampoo and conditioner! it’s smells so good and it really cleans my hair. I’m actually switching sham and con cuz i jus wanna try sun new but it’s really good i recommend!
Moisturizers with spf usually don't have enough of it to make an impact so it's recommended that you use a sunscreen on top of that regardless (1/2 teaspoon or two fingers worth of sunscreen), great excuse to try out the elf one!!

actually that's a misconception thankfully! that moisturizer definitely does have enough spf (hench the spf 30 label) the important thing is to use the adequate amount for good protection and you should be good to go. lab muffin beauty science, a cosmetic chemist, has addressed that point in her sunscreen myths video!!
You should try the “Mielle” shampoo next time, it makes my hair so soft and it doesn’t get greasy as fast as it used too😭💗💗

i recommend oplex! it’s a little pricey but me and my sister color our hair but it’s super good!!

for shampoo and conditioner mthe l’oréal dream lengths is so good and so is the l’oréal hydra hyaluronic acid one is great they have hair masks and heat protecent to match the scents and many other things

For me personally, I’m sure it’s different for others, the love beauty and planet made my hair fall out, not just a few here and there but in chunks throughout the day, as soon as I switched to a different shampoo it stopped falling out, hoping that doesn’t happen to your hair
I also had this happen. the brand felt super harsh and I personally do not trust all of their "clean ingredients" when my hair was falling out, chunks at a time, but I know others as well. scaryyyy

Whenever I go to Target I literally have to do mindfulness meditation in the car before going in 😂. I easily overspend. I got a copy of that book "30 Days to Stop Being a Shopaholic" by Harper Daniels in my car haha

How are u supposed to use the harrier hair serum that u used in 5th grad? Do u put on root, add in w conditioner, or wash it out or etc?
Just shampoo and condition like normal and out of the shower put a quarter size amount on your ends or less or more depending on how thick or long your hair is

You should NEVER use ANY soap or something other down there! It could throw off you PH balance- just water is fine

Function of Beauty is TERRIBLE for your hair.. Hence, why you shouldn't buy things just because they're cute. Also it is a SHOWER not an "everything shower". A shower is a shower. Also, Honey Pot which I assume is for your sensitive region, actually can mess up your PH!! So I wouldn't promote that to your young audience
She got love beauty and planet, not function of beauty. love beauty and planet has pretty basic ingredients with added oils and extracts there’s nothing wrong with that ask any chemist. It gets the job done. And no, a shower is not just a shower at every shower not everyone shaved, exfoliates or washes their hair so she can call it whatever she’d like. Honey pot is a vinegar based wash which is very acid just like our lady parts so it’s fine for some. And you are so dang cranky and demanding to this sweet girl.
