You are going to love this car! I have a 2016 SXT plus that I ordered from the factory and it’s my daily driver with over 90,000 miles. Best car I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned seven cars so far. This is a great road trip car if you ever want to ride cross country. I speak from experience. I regularly get 30 miles per gallon or maybe a little bit more on the highway. Surprisingly to me, it’s also one of the most dependable and worry free cars I’ve ever owned.
Congrats on the brand new ride! I’ve kicked the tires on an SXT Challenger for a few years too, I guess it’s now or never… I’d be interested on a real-world MPG update after you’ve put some miles on it. Great color!
I’ve drove mine around 300 miles so far. The gas mileage isn’t too bad honestly. I drove 60 miles on a full tank and it didn’t even go down to the first quarter tick mark. It also has a huge tank so take that for what it’s worth
That's a beauty Dave! That's been a long time coming. I want to see what you do when you take her for a drive and you see a lawnmower on the curb. Going to be a hard decision. Enjoy it. Tom
I just picked up my new 2023 Challenger SXT plus last month! It has enough get up power for me! Congrats on your new ride! I did wish it had a roof but I’m happy it has leather.
How is the handling as far as the steering goes so far for you? I am about to buy either a 2023 Challenger sxt or a 2023 Charger sxt. Test drive both and to be honest the Challenger felt smoother and easier to steer.
Just picked mine up on Friday. I have the same SXT Plus but in Sinamon Stick but also have the blacktop package and Technology Group. Traded in my 2010 Challenger SE Rallye Edition on it.
Congratulations on your new car! I have a 2021 SXT Plus and the only difference between yours and mine is the color. I went with Granite Crystal Metallic. I drive mine in the winter with snows all the way around and 250 lbs of weight over the rear axle and it handles just fine. My mileage in the summer is 18mpg around town and 28mpg back and forth to work(45 miles each way). Enjoy! Cheers!
Nice color choice! Enjoy it. What made you sell the blue R/T you had? I had a B5 Blue Scat Pack for 6 years. I really miss it but it was an expensive payment to have once I bought a house.
Got into an accident (not my fault) before covid. Got the car fixed but something never felt right after that, hard to explain what though. During covid when car prices went insane I sold it for what I had bought it for, felt I did alright considering I had fun with it for a few years
@@moldymac Too bad about the accident but it sounds like you made out pretty well all things considered. Even though car prices have calmed down, it's still crazy what people are paying for certain cars.
Congrats. I just did the same thing. I just bought a 2023 Challenger GT Plus RWD in Plum Crazy. My 1st brand new car in a long time. I have only had it a week so far, but I sure do love it. I am retired and figured I deserved to have my dream car while I can still enjoy it. Love the color of yours too. Everyone seems to have while, black, or grey. I wanted a color not many people have.
I just got mine 3 weeks ago. SXT Plus AWD with the Blackout package, Adaptive cruise control, V-6, 305 HP, carbon fiber dash, ambient lighting, memory seats, Black Noise wheels and the color is Sinamin Stick. LOVE IT!!
A question as someone who knows nothing on the subject but is interested, is the blacktop special edition worth it at all? I looked into it a bit and especially if you choose the plus package, it just seems ridiculously overpriced for hardly anything in return. Might that be the reason I’ve not seen anybody mentioning it? Or am I just ignorant and it has some sort of really cool feature. I feel like with plus and blacktop you get everything you need, except for maybe some seat warmers but I gotta put the little warning in here that they’re bad for your testicles lmao

I'm getting an average of 19 to 20 mpg. Running about the same as my 2010 got.

Big fan of these cars, they look incredible and so comfortable!
Love the color!! So it's good for a daily driver? I would definitely like one!

I'd buy just for the looks, everything current looks melted.
Actually I believe the wheels are 19" not 20". I have a GT same wheels but are gray and the wheels are 19".
Maybe is just me but it looks purple
What was the OTD price for that challenger?
Enjoy!👍
Nice car!
What rims are these please? number, name??
Nice car
Was that the 235 tires or 245? Beautiful car!

Surprisingly you can get three to $4,000 discount on the base model chargers challengers

That's literally exactly what I got lol. How do you like it?

Good for you!
Will the ripp supercharge work on this?
It will void the warranty. RIPP admits it on their website.
