120 ml pandan juice （香兰汁）
Oil dough （油皮) :
180g plain flour（普通面粉）
90g ghee（无水奶油)
Filling 馅料 ：
5 large eggs （鸡蛋）
150g sugar （白砂糖）
80ml pandan juice （香兰汁）
50g sugar （白砂糖）
200ml coconut cream （包装椰浆）
3 pandan leaves , knotted 3片香兰叶，打结
焦糖咖椰
