Oil dough (油皮) :
180g plain flour(普通面粉)
90g ghee(无水奶油)
Filling 馅料 :
5 large eggs (鸡蛋)
150g sugar (白砂糖)
80ml pandan juice (香兰汁)
50g sugar (白砂糖)
200ml coconut cream (包装椰浆)
3 pandan leaves , knotted 3片香兰叶,打结
