I mean, $4k for 40” wheels/tires, supercharger $7k, lift $4k, and axles $20k is around $35k. Get a base sport and you can have a 440hp version for $70k. Maybe tune it some more and upgrade the trans and have $80k 500hp version. . These are really awesome builds, but $200k for a Jeep is just F-U money.

Good 40" inch tires run about $550 + tax KMC rims are about $500 so thats $6k rims and tires. I have a Magnuson supercharger the kits plus tax is $7800, not including install, So $10k for supercharger (new spark plugs, upgraded pulley, upgraded belt) Plus you will need upgraded ball joints, bump stops. The prices are legit. You're pricing out a mall cruise with dog shit parts.

That's really interesting that they use an 8hp75. The 8hp75 is what comes in the Ecodiesel Wrangler/Gladiator. I totally would have figured it would have the 8hp90 that comes in the hellcat. Perhaps he was mistaken🤷

They did all the suspension components and axle components, I bet they upgraded those as well, not sure what to but at least the HD truck brakes should be sufficient for any speed the tires limit this to both speed wise and traction wise. Now that would be much more important if the tires were swapped for a much better street tire.
Buy this and have a factory like high level Gladiator or get two GREAT classic vehicles, maybe a Classic Bronco and a International Scout,,,,,, cool Jeep Scrambler, Camaro, or whatever. That $ after exchange here in Canada (the vehicle is inadmissible into Canada anyways) would get you 3 or 4 very nice vehicles. I can think of a 72 Challenger, a 73 Cuda, and a 72 C10 right now with enough for a nice 80s retro as well!! Hahaha. It looks like an awesome build. Also looks to be very well done. It’s very neat everywhere. It’s a challenge going out there to wheel in the areas that would fully challenge THAT Gladiator and not think of potentially breaking a $200K toy,,,,,,,,,. Ouch!
A scout rock buggy build would be my dream. I can tow it with my less than half power gladiator on D44 axles. Both wouldn’t come close to that price either. LOL

It denied at about 580 hp and 590 torque. Very close to Roush claims. It has 196,000 km or so on it,,,, 122,000 miles, so it may have lost a few ponies now. I’m gonna maybe go to 37s on it as well,,,, just because. It will be a poser,,,, my hard off-roading days are done. I still like to fly down prairie trails though!! My other build is a 79 GMC High Sierra short box 4x4 I converted to a stepside and put a 502 that was in a GMC Sprint I bought. It also had a Tremec 5 speed in the Sprint. I pulled that and added a 700R4 and put a short shaft Lokar shifter in it. Looks great and the 350 I pulled from the GMC seems pretty stout. (I didn’t build either motor). The GMC is on 35s with a 6” lift and I’m gonna tame that down to a 3” lift and 33s. (I’m only 5’8” tall and it’s a stool and a jump for me to get in the truck right now!!! Hahaha. Sucks being short!! Heh heh.) I have a few $$$ more than the cost to build the Gladiator in the video, in my garages and shop,,,,,,. Sitting at about $345,000 in vehicles cost ,ut for now the collection is worth closer to $450,000. My anchor to the collection isn’t even a truck anymore, but a 1967 Chevelle SS 4 speed and I’m the SECOND owner. It has just over 42,000 miles on it. All documented. Made a trade of a 2020 GT500 I found a bit too generic, fast,,,, but it’s still just a modern Mustang. I also received a 2015 Mustang GT in the deal which I sold to a cousin. It’s supercharged now and looking pretty sweet as a custom. Toys,,,,, make life more fun, but I have maybe too many now. It’s a week long affair doing the oil changes alone!! Heh heh.
