The Kia Seltos is a subcompact crossover SUV manufactured by Kia. Introduced in mid-2019, the Seltos is positioned between the smaller Stonic, Soul, or Sonet and the larger Sportage in Kia's global SUV lineup. The name "Seltos" is derived from "Celtos", the son of Hercules and Celtine in Greek mythology. The Seltos is designated as a global product with three variations introduced for different markets. The first variation is the largest version of the Seltos, which is manufactured in South Korea (codename: SP2) mainly aimed for developed markets, including North America and Australasia. The two other variations are the Indian-made Seltos (codename: SP2i) and the closely related Chinese version badged as the Kia KX3 (codename: SP2c). No doubt, seltos is one of the best vehicle. Had the pretty invincible hold in the market. Which is vocal in buyers. But they wouldn't ready to work on safety. It is the one thing perish the USP of kia. It would have accomplished the higher miles if they would work on safey. Once you met any accident ( god gress never happens with you ), you could have had terrible experience.
Even his sister brand willing to work on safety but kia didn't.
In future they will change the cluster theme by given update? Or this 3 or 4 theme are permanent?

Bro the platform and structure is revised with the new update.. This time it can easily score 4 or 5 stars...
So I got the xline dct variant a week ago. It's amazing. No doubt. The paint quality.. Interiors. Features And performance..top notch. But please take my word here. ADAS is not for the city.. Or if you drive fast and bumper to bumper either in city or highway.
I know people will say one isn't supposed to drive that way. But come on we all know with such exciting engine it's difficult to be tamed all the time, especially when you gotta be somewhere in time.
So this happened with me on the second day of driving. I was doing 40kmph. The car ahead was probably at the same speed or a bit slower. I was a feet away from the car in front.. And all of a sudden the brakes locked up by itself and stopped the car right in the middle of the road with other cars tailing me. It could have been a mess. Luckily the one behind stopped just in time and so did the others behind him.
So all those buying cars with ADAS level 2.. Be aware that this can happen even at higher speeds.. Causing a highway car pile wreck

Life is priceless. Car worth 20 lac ++ but splits into two pieces. Not worth it , in my opinion. No comfort or show off is worth risking life.

Hi, i am confused in Gtx+ and Xline variant i want to know about xline color since it is a dark grey matt color looks great and premium but i am worried about maintaince of matt color. Is it good to buy matt color how it will work in long terms usuage and how to maintain it like washing or precautions required for it.
Or should i opt for gtx+ variants which has glossy finish.
Buy xline and be happy matte colour is not that difficult to maintain as claimed.

How to switch on ambient light?
Fuel lid opener liver should be present on the driver side bonet and it must be Electrically operated...but Seltos loose it's premiumness by keeping this feature on floor mat.

Review is good. However, the car's still a tin can. Indian Seltos is still built on SP2i platform and not SP2 platform which is meant for South Korea, US and other developed markets. Ill never buy a car that compromises with our safety for even 24 lakhs. A big NO to Kia tin cans.
