Lena is saying both her and Kara have been hiding a part of themselves and Lena has excepted herself for "all" that she is. This means a lot more than just magic, it means feelings for Kara. Kara is talking about "coming out" as Supergirl, but that's not all she's taking about coming out about. Every time Kara has hugged Lena it's been mainly a normal friendly hug, except this time. This time, Kara closed her eyes like she was home, like this was all she ever needed. I don't know if Melissa and Katie discussed this or not, but they seemed dead set on making this a true Supercorp scene, probably as a gift to fans.
