    You forgot to add that public intoxication is illegal and drinking in public after 10.30pm is also illegal. You can buy your can of beer at 10pm and start drinking but once it's 10.30pm, you better stop and throw it away or it will be a $1000 fine. And being drunk in public can get you arrested so make sure to have a friend to accompany you home.
