- The Urbanista Lisbon is the latest on offer from the company and these are small earbuds in comparison to others out there and being so small I thought they might be an issue in my ears but there is a wing built in on these that make them a secure comfortable fit, they will feel a bit niggly to begin with and fitting them but once in the ears you are good to go and may as well forget they are there because that is how it feels wearing them.

G'day mate, what would you recommend if one of the ear buds just stops working after a couple of months?
Hello Jim, do your earphones also make a constant "hiss/white noise" while being used(when the music is paused it goes away)?
Not for me but could be whatever phone you use I've seen this with other earbuds
Mine have it too, but only the left one. It lasts 2 seconds after the music is stopped and then it goes away. Doesn’t matter if only left is used or both. Suspect it has a defect. Thinking about returning it and getting another pair. I am using it with iphone 8.

Mines keep getting disconnected even after reset not to mention playing time, no more than ,6-7 hours time an not even continuously just occasionally 3-3 calls no longer that 15-30 mins each,not impressed
Think I'll ask for replacement to see if I have the same issues

I got these for christmas. But i cabtbfigure out how to turn them off without turning off bluetooth on my phone
They should turn off like most ear buds when you put them back in the case

Sry for my english... Mine don't higher the music sound (but lowering it works) if I don't unlock my phone and change the volume right before using them and after 5mins needa do it all over again..? -_-
Hello! I have these and i think these are brilliant buds. But there is one major problem: for example if i am in loudy environment and turn music LOUD, these buds are cutting bluetooth connection for a 1-2sec every 10seconds or so. Have you experienced this?
This seems like your phone's Bluetooth speed can't catch up with your earphone Bluetooth speed
I've had the Urbanista Austin for a couple months now but I wouldn't recommend this brand. It's not good cuz rn only one bud works on mine🤦🏾♂️
