Welcome to the world of Band-Maid.
Glad to have you on this journey.
This was the final song of the final concert of their 10th anniversary tour. They played 33 songs that night.

You can understand them? Whow, so great. I wish I could understand Japanese besides some phrases 😅
You will love band maid with each song and each story about them more and become a real MAIDIAC ... one of us❤
These ladies are masters at their instruments: Kanami (Mincho) lead guitar, Akana (A-chan; Gorilla) on drums and Misa (the barefoot assassin) on bass. Then there is lead vocalist Saiki who is perfect for the Band Maid sound. And the last one Miku is our little pigeon 🕊: Pure energy, fantastic backing vocals and harmonies with Saiki, some wonderful lead vocal songs and these days very good on rhythm guitar ... she wasn't able to play the guitar in 2013 when she founded the band.
I don't know of any other band where the fans' top song lists differ as much as for Band Maid. This is just a (quite) random selection of songs:

In Japan the begining of the show, artist says "We are xxx". the end of the show, says "We were xxx". She never said good-bye.

Like most Band-Maid songs, I like them from the get-go but really start to appreciate them after more hearings and seeing their LIVE videos. I'll go back and see an older song like YOLO, Order, Shake That, Freezer, Before Yesterday, Real Existence, Non Fiction Days and Alone, etc. and realize there's no band that can consistently construct and play like Band-Maid.

Saiki Atsumi (Sy-i-Key or Psyche) “StarQueen" - Lead vocals, arrangements and melodies. At 30 and the youngest, “Sensei” (Teacher) as band members call her, has the last word on many musical decisions. High-heels or sneakers, Sai-chan’s smile melts away her sometimes perceived, coldish persona. Saiki’s powerhouse performances, charisma, and voice focus the experience that’s driven her to the top echelon of hard rock frontwomen... or frontmen!
Miku Kobato (Me-Ku) "Small Pigeon" - Rhythm guitar, vocals, lyricist, 32 years old. “Koba”, as Saiki calls her, is the Band founder and a firecracker MC & PR SpokesPigeon, po! Her “Magic Spell Time” charm and energy ignite the room. Kuruppo! No, no, no… KURUPPO!!
Kanami Tono (Ka-Na-Me) “Princess” - Lead guitar, keyboards, 32 years old, is a prolific writer of most Band-Maid material. Kanami (translates “Song Wave”) is a possessed riff-slayer who’s so damn adorable it hurts. The only thing you want from Mincho is more!
Akane Hirose (A-Ka-Nay) "Gorilla" - Drums, 33 years old, band energizer & co-clown with MISA. Achi’s talents include massive consumption of noodles and bananas, of course, (even during performance!) while revolutionizing rock drumming with relentless drive, dynamics and the kick. This “DrumZilla” is the Party!
MISA (Me-Sa) "Barefoot Assassin" - Bass, 31 years old. An alluring free spirit driving her 5-string to rapturous low-ends while pulling off surprising counter leads with Kanami, off-stage MISA is the band’s goofball ballerina. Sometimes seen as the Mysterious One because she lets her instrument do the talking, the Assassin literally kills it… every note... uniting Band-Maid’s world-class rhythm section. @@KrishnaPrakash30 yeaba is the way your teeth and saiki's are. It is considered a mark of great beauty in traditional Japan.. A modern idol would come under pressure to get them "fixed" but saiki is very proud of her heritage.
She has done something to restore respect for the style. I've heard that some girls, inspired by saiki and others have had their teeth made more like hers rather than perfect Hollywood teeth.
You might want to see "Hate?" from the same concert. Saiki speaks for every woman who has ever been chested on by a guy. The greatest guy roast in history. Amazing powerful music as well.
The rumour has it that Saiki wrote those words in HATE? after she saw her good friend LiSA being cheated on by her boyfriend.
Man oh man... Those words must have incinerated that cheating guy right on the spot if he heard them. Saiki is an embodiment of Fury in that song...
And of course, MISA/Kanami battle in the live version is mind-blowing.

This video is the first time I've found your channel, and I think I'm going to like it! You express your joy and excitement the way I feel inside for Band-Maid and their music. This version of Endless Story is very special, being the final song of the final concert of their 10th anniversary tour. I think you can see how much they love their fans, and we love them back the same.

@@KrishnaPrakash30 Only the last of that tour. They are still doing more concerts! I just meant to say that this performance was special. They don't usually play in such large arenas, or play 33 songs in one concert, or write an extra verse to a song to thank their fans, all of which they did here.

If you are interested more: there are some professional documentaries made by Ohrenje (a series of six 30 minute videos) But if you want to get a faster introduction then watch the two short "Gold rush interviews" from their earlier years. They are really entertaining and you will get introduced to the band members!
