2 questions. Is there a way to enlarge sideways texting? Its what im use to but havent figured out how to do it. Also for answering calls accepting is down and I instinctively swipe up. Can I flip it or make it right and left swipe instead?

Got mine today, loaded all apps from other phone in 5 min.
Charged too 100% in about 35-40 min from 21%. Amazing !!

How do I turn off floating window for text messages? I have one contact that comes up as a floating window every time I get a message from them and it's only that one
It's in the settings of the messages app: it's called chat bubbles. Toggle it off

@@peni420there are simple apps that allow you to put your contact info text on the lock screen even so if you lose it "honest " people can contact you to return it You probably don't hang with this type of human 😜
Just make a note in your phone, take a screenshot, and set it as wallpaper.
Go to any photo in your gallery you want to use for your lock screen then select "edit" then "text"... Then you can add your email or other phone# . Save the photo and apply as your lock screen in settings.
I plan to get this phone for my dad but I have a question. When someone calls you, is the answer button is still swipe down and the decline call on swipe up? I had a OnePlus 6 previously but sold it because I kept declining calls since I'm use to swiping up to answer calls.
I'm not sure about the N30 but I have an N20 and you can set it to to swipe up or down to pick up and decline
You can actually set it up to automatically answer the call when you put the phone up to your ear.
i used to have a blackberry a long time ago before they axed blackberry OS and im so happy android now has gesture navigation
I was going to use this over the pixel 6a but the processi power for apps like you cut really show what it's lacking

Do you know how to create your own self-number QR code for easy sharing? In the past, OnePlus allowed attaching a QR to your phone number contact profile.

I wish I knew how to combine apps into a single bubble. Also there is no secure folder. I don't want to download on. I wish there was one build into the system like Samsung. So far no good

It takes about 1 second to press the power button after you plug it in and it'll go away. Seems like an awful lot of work. 😢

I'm blown away at how many review units they send out to people. For expensive phones, I get it. But for a phone only $300, and they send out a crap load of review units to people....... definitely makes me question the worth of the device lol.
How does the number of units make a difference? They want creators to make videos about their devices as part of their marketing strategy. I’ve been buying their phones with my own money for years and they finally offered to send one to save me the trouble.

So far. after a week with this phone the biggest annoyance for me is that it keeps asking for the pin after every 10 uses. Very annoying.
