hey babes, I would suggest going to see a doctor if your concerned about the consistency of the discharge. Some people are against pantyliners and others aren’t; I don’t use them. I just don’t see the use 🤷🏽♀️ but as always, to each is own ❤️

I know it’s uncomfortable but trust me, it’s nothing they’ve never heard before. If you’d like privacy you can ask your guardian to step out so it’s just you and the primary care provider. Just be open and honest; that’s the only way they can help you.

Can you reuse your wash cloth
Of course, it’s best to have one for your private area and another for the rest of your body. Wash cloths are usually changed weekly just like towels.

I was doing the same thing until I found out at 14. I switched to no soap afterward and honestly you will be fine once you stop using soap.

I've seen a lot of females on the internet using the Dr. Bronner's Hemp Pure-Castile Peppermint soap on the outer parts of the "V". So I bought it and I use it on the "V" and my body. Should I stop using that soap there and stick to Dove sensitive skin, or is it fine to use?
In my personal opinion love, it’s totally up to you. Every women is different. If she is fine with it, by all means continue to use your soap. I would suggest dove sensitive in the V area; however, if she’s okay I don’t see a problem in using it! ❤️

That should be fine as it’s gentle & fragrance free, just remember not to place soap inside, wash the external genitalia only💗 after washing see how she does, note if she’s irritated etc., for the next few days/weeks; if no signs indicating you should discontinue, then you should be good to go!
