Most Modern Israelis are fine with it. Hell most Jews are fine with it. A city can have many different forms and sometimes it can be religious sometimes not.
Also Judaism believes the body is holy and that one should be happy in their existence. They seem happy and the celebration of bodies is a holy act. If anything they’re fulfilling a mitzvah in Judaism.
