cool to see u again, Jess. grew up watching CKY like everyday, man that was some good times. hope Bam will get his ass back on the horse again soon! one love from Norway!
Another great interview, man! Jess is a super cool guy... they toured with us on the Viva La Bam Tour 2007, was BIG fun! His studio used to to be Bam's old house... we filmed a Viva La Bam episode there, jeeezis, the Metal Mulisha freestyle motocross dudes were riding 250s IN the house... up the stairs... pinwheels on his dope hard wood floor... blasted right thru, and out the patio door, off the deck, into the back yard... hahaha, fucking insane-o!! Anyway, cheers, Rob!
Another entertaining podcast. Jess a good guy. Love the CKY track “Escape from Hellview.” Love the stories. Playing for 20,000 fans that show up at the last minute. That’s more than a cult following! The Company Band! I had no idea. What a great group. The beat, the range of the vocalist (Neil Fallon, of Clutch), the rocking tempo and high-register vocal energy in, say, “Who Else But Us!” I’m learning a lot about groups I never knew about. (Or, to quote it another way, “You need to listen to the Company Band and shut the fuck up, man!” - Rob Dukes. lol Always great questions, Rob. Always fun to hear Melody’s name on the podcast. The new Generation Kill LP is on fire!
Cool interview, How did you learn to work on cars? What are some of the projects you got goin at the shop? I heard you mention you work on Exotic cars? Porsches? You dont learn that the first day on the job.
