In the treatment history patient is receiving morning and afternoon long acting and evening mixtard insulin. It is irrational treatment. You have not commented on that sir. Kindly note this. If we want to give, we give short acting insulin morning and afternoon not long acting. Anyway topic is about ulcer, I think you donot want to side track on this issue. 🙏
