I've never been diagnosed with bipolar disorder but I've had other diagnoses. There was a time where I was working a lot of nights and evenings and a really crazy work schedule. I worked in healthcare it destroyed my mental health I've had numerous mental breakdowns in life both of which were preceded by sleep deprivation. Having a regular sleep schedule has done so much for my mental health
Bipolar 2 here….a Routine is extremely important. I take my medicine at 8:30 pm- go to bed at 10, 10:30, and try to wake up at 6:30am. It does help somewhat.
I appreciate you making this video I also deal with bipolar disorder 2 and other conditions life is so hard with this but we are so strong. The fact we get push through these severe episodes shows how capable we are.
You speak so well on this subject! From a fellow bipolar 2 diagnosis, routine it so huge. I’m excited to learn more any ketogenic diet for bipolar as well bc gluten-free/vegetarian diet has been very helpful for my mood stabilization thus far
Thanks a lot. I loved finding someone else who uses routine to manage day by day. Keep up the good work - and my compliments on the gentle style of your video. Well done. from Elizabeth in Ireland
i have schizo affected disorder bi polar type. i had a episode of a manic high when my lexapro was too high a dosage. i was up for two days and never bored but very intellectually stimulated. i have had a few other extreme episodes but never did anything i regretted. i have not had many manic episodes. i am not on a mood stabilizer or anti anxiety medicine though i once was for many years. i found a manic episode can burn your mind out and take your inner light. i take a antipsychotic medication called lybalvi and lexapro. i don't have a strict routine but i do have a routine i do the majority of the time. i find it important to be awake in the daytime. i am less lonely then. and i found exercise to be paramount. please keep posting. i will write down your channel name and subscribe because sometimes the algorithm ignores subscriptions.
has anyone noticed a lot of bipolar women on here have these dark eyes? I have been told I have the same dark eyes while in episodes. I can almost spot the bipolar before reading the title. That being said, my mom is bipolar 1 and she has blue eyes lol. I digress.

currently starting out with implementing routine into my life (also bipolar+ anxiety disorder) and this was super helpful and reassuring, thanks!
I'm glad! Thank you for your kind words! :) I'm planning on making more videos about this, so hopefully, they reach people who need them.
Thank you ❤ this is exactly what I needed to hear to motivate me to start having a routine
I was just diagnosed with bdp, this video was very helpful, thank you for it
So how your morning and evening routine looks like? Any example when you said that you don't use exact time

I also have bipolar disorder and psychotic disorder for 4 years. I feel very tired. Do you feel the same? What do you use for energy?
Please do more videos
Thank you.
What you do when you hit depressive episode? It would be very hard for me to stick to routine
That's not talked about enough! I may have to make a video on that!
I have bipolar 1 disorder
