    I been working as a dishwasher for a year should i move on or keep up for a other year so i can become a cook ?

      @@drewnielson6472 if your chefs haven't afforded you the opportunity after a year to learn more and start doing prep and miscellaneous things to progress you, I'd bug them about it. If they don't comply, yeah, move on.

      Don't wait to become a cook. Show your knowledge. Show your superior, that you know what you're doing. You will be a great cook.

      @ArcticMonkey44 in my current role I will not be able to move up to cook so should I leave and look for cook jo. Elsewhere
