Comércio crescendo ; números de casas e moradores estão aumentando muito em Unamar.
Unamar está deixando aos poucos, de ser aquela Unamar de tempos atrás...
É óbvio ; Que se aumentar a população a cidade começa a perder as características de cidade pacata e calma como era conhecida.
Mesmo assim, Unamar ainda é considerado um Bairro muito tranquilo em comparação com os Bairros do Rio de Janeiro (Depois da ponte : Niterói-Rio de Janeiro) E Baixada Fluminense.
Unamar tem um grande potencial de crescimento... E com isso, ter mais condições de trabalho e moradia para quem gosta e quer vim morar nesse belo lugar !
