[DIY] ラインリサイクラー製作 Fishing Line Recycler 釣り PEライン ZC0015

釣りのPEラインは使い込むとスレで毛羽立ってきます。そこでラインリサイクラー！
リールのスプールの外側と内側のラインを裏返して(反転？リバース？)、内側のノーダメージの綺麗なラインを外側に反転させ、新品同様(?)にしてPEラインの寿命を延ばしてやろうという貧乏性にはうってつけのアイテムです。
商品として売ってはいますが、良い物はそれなりにお高いですし、DIYERとしては電動ドリルを使わない手は無いと。
今回は端材とボルト・ナット.スペーサー、スプリングくらいしか出費していませんので材料費は数百円で完成しました。
1本のシャフトに2枚ラインスプール(ボビン)をセットしてラインの入出力の方向を変えて一発でリサイクルする方法もあるのですが、色々と問題もあり、簡単なリサイクラー2セット作ってしまった方が効率が良いと結論付け、今回のシステム(と言うには大げさ)にしました。
もし参考にされる方がいらっしゃったら幸いです。
When the PE line(Fishing) is used, it becomes fluffy. That's where the line recycler comes in.
Turn over the outer(reverse?) and inner lines of the reel spool , Invert the beautiful inner line with no threads to the outside, and make it as good as new(?) To extend the life of the PE line. It is a perfect item for the poverty.
Although it is sold as a product, good ones are reasonably expensive, and DIYer has no choice but to use an electric drill.
This time, I only spent on scraps, bolts, nuts, spacers, and springs, so the material cost was only a few hundred yen.
There is also a method of setting two line spools(bobbins) on one shaft and changing the direction of line input / output to recycle in one shot, but there are various problems, so make two simple recyclers. I concluded that it would be more efficient to do it, so I made this system.
