Dude just ordered mine for MA2 today and can't wait to install and test it myself. What people don't realize is that Occusync 2.0 is only as good as it gets on where you fly your drone. Of course in an open field or ocean where there no tons of interferences from residential wi-fi's and telecom structures, it will work perfectly but with so much disturbances in cities and crowded residential areas, good luck reaching even 1Km without loosing connection. Of course increasing Altitude helps but like here in US, we are limited at 400feet ceiling by the FAA. Great video and info BTW, thanks.
Jose A. Arroyave Huertas duo is just antenna the pro has built in amp.FYI I have both and the duo is better since it allows it to change from 2.4 to 5.8 .The pro you have to order either 2.4 or 5.8 and lock into one channel .
Hey, thanks for the video mate, ive been struggling with signal problems on a p4, in the environment your operating in on your video, 600m tops, is all anyone could expect, that booster is rocksolid, punching out to nearly 5ks over epping at such a low altitude is very impressive
@@HaidzVlogs Do you have to go into your remote controller under HD and change from dual to 5.8? or do you leave it in dual? I loose signal at about 8K and once it is drops, there is no signal till the drone is almost 2K feet from home.
@@Swedeonamotorcycle Correct, I've had my Mavic 2 Zoom for a year, but never been anywhere to fly it. Because of lockdowns, I felt safe flying it in my semi built up area today without line of site in CE mode, 720 metres is all it would let me go. Immediately fixed that so will find out tomorrow what it does :D
Thanks for the good review. How directional are these antennae relative to the stock ones? I mean, do you have to go through greater effort to make sure the radio is pointed toward the drone? My fear is that these antenna would be so directional that the pilot would have to put a good deal of effort into making sure the radio is always pointed in the correct direction. Thanks in advance.
I hope you give a good performance and satisfaction that amplifier antenna, I recommend you always start with all batteries at 100% and that every time you go to cruise way away choose a route with wind always in return. Greetings from Spain -Sevilla.
600 meters before? Is this CE version since it's advertised to go up to 7 km? (Without interference ofcourse) It's still a HUGE improvement with this booster though..
You know the handle has a USB plug built into it. You don't need any additional cables. Micro USB, USB type C and lightening plugs are included. They plug into the side of the controller.
Getting this range with stock on mavic 2. That booster should perform better than that. Sure the insulation on the pigtails is still intact? Seeing non amplified versions with better results and a third of the price. 21000 ft with stock antenna semi suburb moderate interference and cold.i don't see the advantage minis maybe the display being clearer. Not worth the 350 bucks I believe. Imo.
These Mavic with Occusyn 2.0 are rated to go 10 Km in one go. what you have shown was short of 3 km on your alien Signal booster. I personally doesn't see any point getting this booster besides VLOS and why would you fck with the most important aspect of your equipment which is signal transmission?
10km on Ocusync 2 is over rated. I have low signal at 1500feet out with low interference. And seeing he never dropped signal 1 time that far out in a residential area with tons of interference is amazing. Also he showed how far he got without it🤦🏿♂️
HWCM To be honest I was just excited to test out the Alientech antenna and didn't really care about how the phone was in the controller however I usually make it fit perfectly :)
HWCM absolutely As mentioned in my video On stock I was only getting 600m before Connection was interrupted. Now with the Allientech i get over 4000m easily!!!!
I also have a Mavic Pro platinum and that same antenna booster amplifier, I have not yet installed it in the control. I do not know which flight time the two lithium-ion batteries of the antenna booster last

Excellent!!! I will make the purchase of this a priority!!! Thanks for showing us how well it works!!!
Woowwww. Recording video with 4km distance still smooth!! Amazing
Does this mod or is there a mod that if I was flying my drone an flew across a jammer wouldn't affect my drone or flight
Goodnight.! Could someone please tell me what difference there is between the Alientech Pro antenna and the Duo ..? Thank you.

How much the price.what model ?what frequency?
GREETINGS FROM MELBOURNE! Finally found an alientech user from downunder ! good to know it works in AUSSIE AIR SPACE ! full siq brah!

Cheers
13254 feet out! greatness! That's 2.5 miles!

Ramon saunders you're welcome
I'm glad you enjoyed the video
The results says it all :)
My recommendation is to get the booster!
Good luck.

@@charlesgeorge2197 to be honest I didn't play around with it
I just left it on factory default
did you find the charging strange as both batteries say the same way + facing up and 2nd battery + facing up on the icons inside the charger
Huuuooo!!! What a suspense!!! Thanks for sharing.
Lol
I'm glad you enjoyed it
What are you flying, the Mavic Pro Alpine White? Well, I know that the Mavic Pro Platinum will go 4.3 miles with the factory antennas.
There is a big difference between CE and FCC.. US is FCC and EU and some other places have CE and that is alot worse..

Will this work on Mavic Mini?
I'm not sure to be honest.
Was the remote install hard ?
andrew ho
Hi Andrew, to be honest I didn't install it myself however I have watched some videos online and didn't seem difficult.
Good luck
i need this in my life for my smart controller 😎🤙🙌🤷♂️
Hi great video, would this item be compatible on the phantom 3 standard
I believe so 👌
Thanks for your comment big back
How far you think on a full battery
Maybe an extra 1-2 Ks
Superb but your flying skills 5⭐plus wow
i was worried about you getting back with your drone in 2023 😅

HWCM
Yes I'm aware of this,
I ended up purchasing a short cable.. looks a lot neater :)
Haidz Vlogs But you do not need any additional cables. They are built into the handle of the remote.

Haidz Vlogs Does the Alientech actually work any better than stock?
HWCM absolutely
As mentioned in my video

Bro they released a newer version of this last month it's on there website
The suspense was killing me.
Ufffffff....7% battery......hehehehehe.Champion.
Pedro Jk hahahaha thanks:)

Pedro Jk the batteries last very long
You can get like 4 flights out of them.
Be sure to install it asap!
you did this work yourself if you did can’t you please do my i will pay you for your service 😎🙏
I had this professionally done. I recommend the same for you. Unless your good at this stuff.
