Fantastic interview, really clear and Glenn delivered his thoughts clearly and quite honestly I think that's the best most passionate interview I have ever heard from a Norwich coach . Love his passion love his thoughts, I'm expecting a tough season but I will definitely be patient just as I was with Farke ,when many in DF first season wobbled I could see what we were trying to do . Thanks guys and a big 👍👍 to Glenn from me 💚💛
Thanks for a great interview guys. I really like what I hear of Glen's vision, values, skills and experience. It seems like after a couple of wayward years, the vision for Norwich as a club which develops young talent to achieve above our pay grade has been truly reset, perhaps even more thoroughly and effectively than in the Webber/Farke years. I really believe that under Thorup and Riddersholm we'll achieve promotion to the Premier League within 3 years. In a way I hope it doesn't happen too soon, so that they can fully embed their philosophy and style and get the conveyor belt of young talent flowing smoothly before we have another go at competing with the big clubs. I'm going to enjoy watching this unfold over the next few years!
First class interview guys. Glen's an Inspirational speaker, if this is how he can communicate with the players they will be running through those proverbial brick walls!! It will be an interesting journey I'm certainly on board for another project particularly if we have a pool of talent coming through from the academy. I think most supporters will be up for that too 👍
Great interview, thank you….. I totally agree with Glen’s sentence at the 22 minute mark, about the Danish and Nordic way, anyone can talk to each other, without the fear of a hierarchical response ( obviously respectfully) the UK is not there yet……. Looking forward to the new seasons ahead🤗😃
God I hope these guys do well at Norwich! Having lived in Denmark for a bit I can say he's not faking these words for the camera. He really means this stuff. And I think it should go down well in Norfolk with it's 1000+ year old ancestral links to the Danes. We're basically just long lost cousins!
Hang on, back up and wait a minute... This guy is our SECOND coach? He seems to have the experience, composure and knowledge of a head coach. If JHT ever misses a game to illness etc I don’t think anybody would be too worried about Glen taking the lead. What a great piece of recruitment this looks like!

FANTASTIC interview! Well done, boys. This man is a DIAMOND and we have to hold on to him.
Superb interview. Had no idea this guy had this much depth. Could listen for another 45 minutes.

I was lucky enough to meet him last week.
What an absolute gentleman. 👍
Inspiring speaker. Feel Norwich lucky to have such a man as Assistant Manager.
What a fantastic guy, best interview I have heard from a city coach/ manager.

A really insightful and reassuring interview, appears to be ideal to work alongside an ambitious young manager and commercial director.

Thats just how danish coaches are. You Maybe know Thomas Frank Brentford. Same thing. If you play without fear tou play your best
Like Glen and his views on the game. Makes me optimistic.
You should be. It Will be similar to Brentford. Promote and stay up for years and with less budget than most of the other PL clubs

Amazing bit of content lads
"You are gold, gold.. always believe Riddersholm.. "
I hope this catches on

I think 🤔 its excellent times with them to in charge and keep all the best players only one place this club is going up 🚶♂️ 🎠 Gary norwich ❤❤❤❤❤o
💛💚
Mmmmmm. I can say this, while being humble!!😂 One thing he didn't come across as being, is humble!!😅
Hahaha. Your Maybe right. In danish eyes he is absolutly not humble. Not as humble as Johannes Thorup for sure. 😅
