I don’t understand how these people can look at themselves and say Nigerians came to learn. It’s like people in the village saying people in the city came to the village to learn how to use the iPhone.

Even till now, these Ghanaian producers run to Nigeria to attend seminars and conferences conducted by Nigerian film practitioners, yet they will say Nigerians came to learn. Who is teaching who? Once you get on ground in Ghana you will find the true state of that country - NO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY..most of their projects are carried on the back of Nigeria.
They can’t do anything without attaching itself to Nigeria or else it’s not going to go anywhere. The only reason their movie industry is on life support is because of Nigeria. The moment Nigeria withdraws its support, their industry is dead. Nigeria is the only country giving them any kind of attention…that’s to show you how INFLUENTIAL Nigeria is.😉

Ghanaian movie industry crumbled because of "Jealousy, greed and lack of business sense"
Back in the days when Nigerians producers were coming to Ghana to act movies, the Ghanaians started implementing crazy levy to produce a movie in Ghana... Levy as high as $10k.
They felt Nigerian producers could not do without them... Fast forward to today.... Most people hardly watch Ghanaian movies
