You dont want to make the mistake of running 3rd party content and staring at your screen for 3 minutes. Those are not reaction videos. Add pauses, commentary, intros explaining to the viewer what they’re about to see. Use original sound if it doesn’t have music, but always interject throughout the video. I actually have entire lesson on how to do this on FB Income School 2.0

It depends on the name given to the page. Your content creator can create one for you and grant you access and equally you can create the page yourself.
