In todays video we will be eating Icelandic Sheep Head and Raw Whale Sashimi Japanese way.
Our first stop will be Íslenski barinn where we will be eating Sheep Head. This restaurant offers unique seafood & meat dishes including shark, reindeer & whale.

I have eaten many goats head in Malaysia ,,, soup and curry. Delicious.
Lamb head,,,,, I eaten it in Kashgar Town Xinjiang China .

The chef crack open the head for me to eat the brain….. very very SEDAP.

The food looks delicious. Something we do in the Nordic countries is to take off our hats when we eat inside. It's something we learn in primary school. It is called table manners in Norwegian

Next time you come back to Malaysia, you can try to eat lamb head or cow head. But I am not sure if it is easy to find though.

I used to live across the street of Ðrír Frakkar. Never ate there because it is kinda fancy. Svið is much more common than whale in Iceland. Usually elder icelandic folks and tourists like to eat it. But anyway - i hope you enjoyed it. Verði þér að góður. By the way Ðrír Frakkar could also be three frenchmen.

I had whale sashimi at 3 Frakkar and it does taste like high quality beef that's been marinated in the ocean. Iceland no longer hunts whale but if a small whale (usually a Minke) gets caught in their cod nets( the whale usually drowns) they can take them
This kind of whale is called Hrefna in icelandic. You might find it at Kolaports fishmongers.
Cool video, interesting to know what whale tastes like. What whale is it? Also, ginger is a palate cleanser, my man. It's not meant to be eaten with the fish.
