I’ve replaced the dampers on two different trucks of mine, both without removing ANY other part of the truck. You’d probably sell more replacement dampers if you didn’t tell people they need to remove the radiator in order to get at it.

Are TVD any good. I’ve just bought a gates full kit. Came with a TVD. Cranktechnichs damper. Are they crudd or ok pls. ??

my detroit 60 idles ok.butt at 1000 rpm it vibrates. is this why?

Why was the damper not painted ?

Edward VP mine wasn’t either, just taped off mounting surfaces and shot it black, didn’t have any cat yellow handy!

Probably the same reason that they do not paint a fly wheel ☹️

Paint doesn’t improve performance.
