I was waiting for this ever since I saw it in the finnish brutality videos

The Sauna stage was the best, and most Finnish, idea i'd ever seen.

I hope there's a way to give it a quick release, because being able to drop your pack or have someone take it off you quickly is important. I guess giving it two buckles on the top and two on the bottom might be an option.

Standard attachment is PALS/MOLLE for a more secure fastening. Four buckles as you mention could work in most cases.

@@varustelekaya but i wonder how this pack could be worn in a way that you can ripe it off your back fast or someone else can. because if attach with pals it's solidly locked on, but also wont come off easy.

So its a backpack when i dont *want* a backpack while wearing a plate carrier?
But this looks like its more extremely secure compared to most Assaulter's Back Panel.
Roll bottom looks like a fantastic idea, and the velcro divider being forethought rather than sold later after complaints shows Varu is thinking ahead and has people who truly use the gear!

Damn you beautiful bastards - I didn’t know that this was in development, nor that I wanted this, but now I absolutely do! 😃
Edit: I doubt this was your intention, but what I see here is an _almost perfect_, easily detachable rear cargo carrier pack for longer-distance-yet-light bicycle touring. 🤩
You have a slim form factor that should be optimal for something like a Tubus Cargo (Evo), the bolt cutter pocket looks to be perfect for tent pegs, the main pocket should easily fit a solo Hilleberg and/or a water bladder, and the top pocket looks like it’s a perfect fit for a quick access to a rain poncho, tools, soft-shell top layer and whatnot.
Strap this on, ass-end towards the front, clip the main pocket extension around your seat tube, and that’s an additional low-profile pocket for a change of clothes, small towel and the like. With a tiny bit of DIY, this’ll also be a breeze to clip on and off to carry on your back when you’re stopping to go out for groceries, staying overnight somewhere or when you arrive at your camp site.
Like - damn. I better start saving up.

That would work as MG spare barrel carrier

That looked like it was hard work for you. It's going to get easier. Nice thingy btw.

Maybe. It's a trademarked pattern so creating it costs us extra.
