The Impact Corporate Culture has on Employee Experience

I’ll never forget the story of when President Kennedy visited NASA Space Center.
In the middle of his tour, he saw a man walking down the hall with a broom and a bucket. President Kennedy stopped the tour and he went over to the man and he said, “Hi, I'm President Kennedy. What do you do here?” And the man says: “I helped put a man on the moon.”
This is the type of culture they had in NASA, and it’s something every company should have.
The type of culture you have in your organization greatly impacts the employee experience.
