Targeter doesn't learn their lesson...10 times in a row (Strongest Battlegrounds)

I keep getting targeted by somebody in the Strongest Battlegrounds. I literally just joined the server and just kept getting targeted. No matter, I defeat him 10 times in a row. Some people never learn.
