    What I really like about your videos is that you are able to see things that a lot of people miss. That and you have a wealth of knowledge. Keep up the good work.

    What a wonderful video WW and I do enjoy watching dragon flies and damsel flies. Did you know a dragon fly doesn't flap their wings but vibrate their wings? Under magnification they have a series of cones on their wings. Check it out sometime. It is believed these cones have something to do with their flight that is very unique. That it may have to do more with frequency than the usual flight of other animals. It's also funny that living here in my woods and watching your adventures, I often sit on the porch with my morning coffee. I hear birds and am looking around to see them but their songs are coming from your video. Lovely nonetheless! And as last year, being at your families cabin brings back many fine memories of summer days with my family and nature walks as a kid. I learned much on those walks in the woods and had many family member who Loved and knew about many different life forms. I told some friends about the WW and to check out your videos, as they were interested about hiking trails and just moved to the area last year. Now they are followers and find your videos very helpful. So WW, you are providing a great service to people who need to get out in nature in a rat race world. Indeed a great service! Thanks Kindly WW! DaveyJO

    Hi Cliff, those dragonflies were so graceful, I really love them, my favorite colors are the gorgeous metallic blues. So many lovely areas to just sit and rest and watch the world go by. I kayaking video would be very interesting actually as you can get to see many more places that it would take ages to reach. Thank you for taking us along, I always love watching your hikes and seeing the wildlife. x

    Love your videos. You go to some beautiful places, really like that you REALLY look at what is a round you, from the smallest to the huge. That tiny toad was cute. Have never seen those golden finger (ferns) did not catch what you called them . Dont think we have the Ant mounds in Mo.or maybe I just haven't been in the right place to see them.
    Happy Trails Cliff. Keep wandering and taking us with you. So enjoy it since my wandering days are over. Enjoy it for both of us.

VERY PURTY DRAGON FLIES. ITS AMAZING HOW YOU CAN PICK THEM OUT. THIS WAS GREAT WALK WITH YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH.

    Hi ....the first camp I went to was own by my father in law right at the Tioga-Lycoming border on route 414. We bought our own camp about 1/2 mile outside Slate Run on Pine Creek. House was built back during the lumbering years. Have been there over 30 years love it

    • @bdickinson6751
      @bdickinson6751 5 років тому +1

      They eat the seeds (pine nuts) out of them. Major food source for red squirrels which are very prevalent in that part of PA.

    Hey. Saw you were looking for large cats in PA, on a previous video that you shared from a Lawrence county pa. Stick with a place called Waterville PA, … or somewhere close to there. My folks lived there for many years. They used to see bear and other wild life so often. My aunt swears there is a black mountain lion who lives out that way. She’s not an exaggerating person. And she just swears that mountain lions live there. Think it’s Tioga or near there. I’m from Ohio. But we used to go visit. Lots of bear. They saw them almost daily. My family used to visit her and said they always saw the bears. Ha. State even airlifted some out because they became too comfortable around humans.
